Return Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in the same condition as received to qualify for a full refund.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in their original, unaltered condition. Singles must be in the same condition grade as listed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to reject returns if the item shows signs of damage, alteration, or misuse after delivery.
Return Process
- Contact us at contact@propagandamtg.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item securely. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Store credit refunds may be issued at our discretion and include no additional bonus. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or item misrepresentation on our part. We strongly recommend insuring high-value returns.
Exception: Sealed Product
Sealed product that has been opened is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange. This includes booster boxes, booster packs, Commander decks, and all other factory-sealed items once the packaging has been opened.
